These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of Valter & Isac AB's service at swingpure.app. By using the service you accept these Terms.
SwingPure provides an AI-driven analysis service for golf swings. The AI analysis is powered by a third-party AI provider (Google) configured with our own proprietary coaching instructions. The service analyses image frames from your swing and provides coaching feedback. The analysis is a complement to, not a replacement for, professional golf coaching.
The service is offered as a monthly subscription at $19.99/month. A free 7-day trial is offered upon registration. Payment is processed via Stripe by credit card.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing period via your Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation you retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable national law, consumers in the EU/EEA generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of entering into it without giving any reason. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services where delivery has commenced with the consumer's express consent and the consumer has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By creating an account and activating your trial period you confirm that the service is delivered immediately and that you are aware that the right of withdrawal ceases once you begin using the service. During the free trial you can run up to 7 swing analyses in total, with a maximum of 4 per day. A paid subscription includes 30 swing analyses per calendar month, with a maximum of 5 per day. Unused analyses do not carry over to the next month. We reserve the right to adjust these limits with 30 days' notice.

You retain ownership of the videos you record. The analysis works by extracting still image frames from your video directly in your browser; only these frames are sent to our AI provider (Google) to generate your coaching feedback. We do not store your videos or the extracted frames after the analysis is complete. Neither we nor Google use your content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
SwingPure is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or suitability of the analyses for specific purposes. We are not liable for:
Our total liability to you shall never exceed the amount you have paid during the preceding 3 months.
The service — including its design, brand, and the proprietary coaching instructions and prompts that power the analysis — belongs to Valter & Isac AB. The underlying AI model is provided by a third party (Google) and we do not claim ownership of it. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. Failing that, disputes are settled by Swedish general courts with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance. These Terms are also available in Swedish at swingpure.app/villkor. The Swedish version is the legally binding version; this English text is provided for convenience, and in case of any discrepancy the Swedish version prevails.
