Valter & Isac AB ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our service at swingpure.app.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data:

• Email address (at registration and payment; also saved for follow-up)
• Payment information (handled by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Image frames extracted from your swing videos (processed for analysis, not stored — see section 5)
• Analysis results (the coaching feedback we generate and store in your account)
• Usage data (number of analyses, camera angle selection)
• Technical data such as IP address may be processed by our hosting provider for security and operation

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

• Provide and operate our service
• Manage your subscription and payments
• Send service-related communications
• Monitor and maintain service quality and security
• Fulfil legal obligations (such as accounting)

4. Legal Basis

We process your personal data on the basis of:

• Contract — to fulfil our obligations to you as a customer
• Legitimate interest — to operate, secure and maintain our service
• Legal obligation — for accounting and tax purposes

5. Your Videos and AI Analysis

The analysis works by extracting still image frames from your video directly in your browser. Only these frames are sent to our AI provider, Google (Gemini API), to generate your coaching feedback. We do not store your videos or the extracted frames after the analysis is complete. The text results of the analysis are stored in your account so you can revisit them. Importantly, neither we nor Google use your content to train AI models — our coaching is produced by Google's AI configured with our own proprietary instructions.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party providers, each acting as a data processor on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google (Gemini API) — AI analysis of your swing frames; on our paid tier Google does not use your data to train its models
• Supabase — database, authentication and storage of your account data
• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website and application

7. International Transfers

Some of our providers (such as Google and Vercel) may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and/or the providers' certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Data Retention

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary:

• Account data and analysis results — until you delete your account
• Email and lead records — until you delete your account or unsubscribe
• Image frames — not stored by us; Google retains them only briefly for abuse monitoring
• Payment and accounting records — 7 years, as required by the Swedish Accounting Act (Bokföringslagen)

Please note that the 7-year accounting requirement overrides the right to erasure for that specific billing data: even if you delete your account, we and Stripe must retain invoice records for this period.

9. Storage and Security

Your account data is stored with our database provider (Supabase). We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, modification, or deletion. Some processing occurs outside the EU/EEA as described in section 7.

10. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing
• Request data portability
• Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten/IMY)

You can delete your account and associated data yourself at any time from your account page (Account → Delete account), or contact us at the address below. Please note that certain billing data must be retained for 7 years as described in section 8.

11. Cookies and Local Storage

We use necessary cookies and browser local storage for the service to function (for example to keep you logged in and remember your language), as well as cookies from Stripe for payment processing. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. For material changes we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
